Michaelene Colestock MA, LPCC, LADC
FOUNDER
Michaelene Colestock is the founder of ANEW Health & Wellness Clinic, ANEW Chemical Health Services, and Spence Specialties LLC. Michaelene has been working in the SUD Treatment and Recovery field since 2001. After completing her Master's level internship at Wayside House she found she had a genuine passion for serving women and children. Michaelene is a firm believer in the power of thought and that everything happens for a reason. We must "trust the path" that is laid before us as it is the path to start ANEW. -
Michaelanne Kaszuba MA, LADC, LPCC
THERAPIST
Life can provide a number of challenges. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and safe space to help navigate challenges, explore emotions, mend relationships, and foster personal growth. I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a licensed mental health therapist. I specialize in supporting adult individuals dealing with substance use disorders, relationship conflicts, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, and more. I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy as well as utilize dialectical behavior therapy, relational-cultural therapy, and interpersonal effectiveness in my therapeutic approach.I value the therapeutic relationship and believe in an honest, direct, and empathetic approach. It is my goal to help you feel heard, supported, and comfortable. If you feel like we would be a good fit, please reach out! I am a dog-friendly therapist and do have my puppy in most of my sessions.

Sara Greenbaum BS, LADC
MENTAL HEALTH INTERN
Sara is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor bringing over 13 years of experience in the field of addiction counseling. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Sara has worked across residential and outpatient levels of care, supporting individuals in adult, adolescent, community corrections, and integrated family program settings.Grounded in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, Sara is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel empowered and supported. Believing that healing also involves moments of genuine connection and even fun, Sara helps clients build meaningful change through trust, empathy, and collaboration.

Linda Towle CPRS
TMS COORDINATOR
Linda first became acquainted with ANEW in 2019 when she worked as a Parenting Mentor and yoga instructor in the women’s outpatient program. In December of 2019, she obtained her CPRS certification from Twin Cities Recovery Project. For the next several years, she was honored to work as a peer, supporting the most amazing humans on their recovery journey. She recently rejoined the ANEW team and is excited to take on the role of TMS Coordinator.Linda’s passion lies in social justice, advocacy and holistic health. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, teaching (and taking) yoga classes, gardening and thrifting. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her family – her husband, 5 grown children, 5 magical grandchildren and an Australian Shephard named Otis.

Tiara Jones
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
With almost 4 years of sobriety, Tiara is proud to be an ANEW alumni and staff member. She joined the ANEW Crew in September of 2024 as an overnight Recovery Advocate at our residential treatment center and has recently been promoted to Administrative Assistant to the Mental Health Clinic. Even more recently, she earned a certificate for Clinical Training through NeuroStar to administer TMS to clients.
