We accept a variety of insurance plans to help make care accessible. Currently, we accept Hennepin Health, HealthPartners, UCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Blue Plus, South Country Health Alliance, TriCare, PrimeWest, Medica, and Minnesota Health Care Programs (Medical Assistance/MA).

Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate your needs.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled therapy appointment, you may be asked to reschedule depending on the clinician’s availability. If a client has two no call–no show appointments, they will be removed from the clinician’s schedule and placed back on the waitlist for future appointments.

We prefer at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We understand that life happens, and while we don’t charge for missed appointments, frequent cancellations may lead us to discuss whether therapy is the right fit for you at this time.

If you miss more than two consecutive sessions, we may need to place you back on the waitlist and discuss rescheduling when you’re ready to prioritize therapy.

Yes, children under 6 months are welcome to join in the session. For older children, we cannot allow them in the room. However, we do offer an in-house childcare center should you need assistance during your therapy session.

Not at all! Our treatment center and health & wellness clinic operate independently. The clinic is open to men, women, and children from the general public and is also a non-profit organization.

While ANEW Health & Wellness does not directly provide medication management services, we partner with Affirmation Health, a psychiatry provider that operates independently out of our clinic. Affirmation Health offers psychiatry services, medication management, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). If medication support may be helpful as part of your care, we are happy to help connect you with their team.
