Build practical skills to manage emotions, navigate stress, and improve relationships in our 15-week DBT Skills Group. Clients are welcome to drop in or out as needed. The current session runs 2/25/26 – 6/3/26 and is facilitated by Michaelanne Kaszuba MA, LADC, LPCC on Wednesdays from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Learn tools you can apply in everyday life to feel more balanced and in control.

Explore what healthy connections look like and build skills for stronger relationships in our 16-week Healthy Relationships Group. This group focuses on identifying unhealthy relationship patterns, improving communication styles, setting boundaries, and recognizing relationship toxicity. Clients are welcome to drop in or out as needed. The current session runs 2/24/26 – 6/16/26 and is facilitated by Taylre Werner, MSW, LGSW, on Tuesdays from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
